Bagna Cauda Italian Feast to Raise Funds for Adoption

I would love to invite you to a wonderful event coming up at my event venue! It’s an Italian “Bagna Cauda” celebration and will take place next weekend, on Saturday, March 10th. This fun garlic lover’s fest will start at noon with a cocktail hour, and food will be served at 1:00 pm.
 
At this point, you might be wondering, “what is Bagna Cauda?”  This delicious tradition originates in Piedmont, Italy. Massive amounts of garlic are put into hot olive oil. Then, you dip shrimp, beef, chicken, fresh veggies and bread, one after another, into the oil right at your table. This event will also include door prizes, a silent auction, and some great live music. Fine Italian wines will be served to complement the delectable food.
 
When my children were little, we’d visit my mother-in-law’s home each year to enjoy Bagna Cauda. It was also a great time for family and laughing. The garlic was over the top, and our mouths would be watering for days before thinking of the flavors. Once you’ve gone to a Bagna Cauda, you’ll be hooked. It’s very addictive, delicious, and this event is for a great cause. All proceeds will benefit the Lifetime Adoption Foundation, which raises funds to find forever families for babies and children.
